Jerseytex has been operating its own, inhouse, full service Dye House for over 14 years, providing a commercial fabric dyeing service for the wider Fashion Industry.
We are continually investing in state of the art dyeing & finishing machinery to meet & exceed customer requirements. Our high pressure dye vessels are capable of dyeing both natural & synthetic fibres and our customers benefit as no orders need to be sent out to 3rd parties for completion – enabling significant time & cost savings.
COMMISSION DYEING
We offer a full commission dyeing service with class leading levels of quality assurance and customer service. Our extensive experience and high processing standards enables us to work with a wide range of fabric types to achieve colour replication and production consistency.
CAPACITY
We dye and finish millions of meters of fabric every year - we're definitely not a small player in the business. We are able to process batch sizes from 50kg to 450kg.
LAB DIPS FOR EXACT COLOUR MATCHING
We operate a full Dye House Laboratory and Lab dip service to help ensure correct colour match of fabrics against customers orders.
